WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Once the manufacturer has processed or shipped your order we are then unable to cancel the order. If the product has been shipped you will be responsible for inbound and outbound shipping charges, plus a 15% restocking fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

You will need to contact us for a return authorization at that time we will instruct you as to where and how to return the merchandise. All returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and must include all packing materials and accessories.
